We have a pretty simple approach to data protection and privacy, which can be summarized as follows:

You should have full control over your information

If you choose to become a registered user you will have full access to the data being stored about your activities on the Qulsar website. This will include personal data and download history. At any time you have right to request to be forgotten by sending an email to info@qulsar.com. We will then delete data related to your account, including the account itself, if there are no legal or other business aspect that would require that we retain the data. In such cases you will be contacted for clarification.

Information we collect about you

We collect information about you only from our own Website, our live chat powered by SnapEngage, Help Scout and enquires revceived via emails or other credentials like information on business cards.

Information provided by you

You don’t need to provide us with any personal data in order to visit the Website. However, certain Services such as Developer Access and other restricted downloads do require that you register for a Qulsar account and, by doing so, you will provide us with certain information:

• When you register any kind of Qulsar account, you will need to provide your email address, your real name, company name, country and choose a password. For registration we will require a valid company name. In addition, if you have purchased a Developer kit, you will also need to provide your billing address, phone number and a valid Developer license.
• If you request a White Paper, "Get a Quote" we will ask for your email, full name, company and consent to our Email Policy.

There is certain non-private information that we collect automatically as the result of your use of the Website. This information includes:
