Basic support is free to anyone registered on our web site and includes product documentation and our knowledge base contents. Should you need further clarifications, send us an email on email@example.com.
If you need additional help, such as review of your schematics, assistance when bringing up your Qulsar based system or general advice on performance or synchronization in general, you should sign up for our premium support plan. Three months of premium support is included with initial purchase of our module evaluation kit.
