If you're having problems logging in or downloading files it could be related to how your web reader handles cookies. We're using cookies as a way to temorary store your login status.
To check if your problems are cookie related, please perfrom this cookie test.
If the above test fails we suggest the following:
Open the settings menu. Then, select Safety and Delete Browsing History
- Select Temporary Internet Files
- Check Temporary Internet files and Cookies (leave all other unchecked)
- Press delete
- Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
Remove Cookies from qulsar.com
- Cookies: "Show Cookies"
- Search "qulsar.com" and delete all
- Click on tools button (top right of your browser)
- Click on options
- Click on Personal Stuff tab
- Under Browsing data click on Clear browsing data
- Check "Empty the cache" and Delete Cookies
