Parallel to this, we are expanding our team with a dedicated job position for the support of our customers’ integration activities. Introduction to the role  - Engineer for Customer Support – HW, SW and application support

We are now recruiting an engineer that will help existing and potential customers to successfully use our products, both embedded as well as our system solutions. This includes understanding of the customer’s application and requirements as well as helping them understand time and frequency synchronization in general and our products’ abilities in particular. In addition, for our embedded products, you will support them in HW and SW integration and helping them to configure and control our products in the customer application.

In this position, you will also set up various test scenarios in our own lab, performing measurements to support customers as well as the internal engineering and marketing organization.

You will work with the engineering team who will be your back-up for detailed technical customer questions. You will also work with the marketing and sales teams on documentation and training.
