Qulsar among speakers at RAN USA 2017

We are proud to announce that our Marketing & Business Development Director, David Spencer will be a speaker at this year's RAN USA conference, taking place on December 4th, 2017 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in San Jose, California.

David will present at the Backhaul Working Group, moderated by Earl Lum, a President at EJL Wireless Research.

David has over 15 years of experience in the industry and an extensive expertise in the field of time synchronization. Prior to joining Qulsar, he has worked for companies such as Semtech and Emerson Network Power.
